the sysytem is organizing for you all the correspond you initiated or received from other member.
the information that is shown can be classified by:
the message has been read by me or not

from
date
request from other companion that is not a member will be part shown until they will become approved us members.
incoming mail - showing all the messages that other members approach you
if you press on the titel you will be able to view and reply the member that approach you.
press on the nickname and you will view the member profile.
the possibility you have:
"reply" - give you the option to answer the sender.
"delete" - give you the option to delete the message and pass it to recycle bin.
* to delete message permanently you need to delete it from the recycle bin.
"block member" - give you the option to block a member from contact you.
request for private picture/b> - show the request to view your private picture that you didnt handle yet
the possibility you have:
"approve" -allow the member to view your private pictures
"refuse" - prevent the member from the possibility to view your picture

you can always change this options in the option bar that you can find in the member profile.
